- Fee payments once made are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases as per school management approval.
- In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction with deducted amount, the issue must be reported to the school office with proof of transaction.
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original mode of payment within a reasonable time.
- No cancellation is allowed once the payment is successfully processed.
